We guarantee you will get the item as described or we will replace any component under the warrantee that is not as described. (See Warrantee for details.) We will work with you to resolve any issue you have. If the buyer is not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receiving the scooter and we will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Since it is not feasible to return the scooter to Asia, and make the customer wait far a return. We will resolve any issue with you to your satisfaction, as long as it is reasonable.
