We send a certificate of titel deletion. With this document and the commercial invoice you bring them to your local DMV and apply to get a new titel in your name which is mailed in about 4 weeks to you home.
- What do I need to do to pick up my scooter at the local warehouse?

Dear Customer, About a week before the scooter is ready to be picked up, you will get an arrival notice in the mail. The local shipping company will also call you to coordinate a pick up date. They will give you instructions about how to pay the local fees due before pick up. These fees range from $100 - $200 depending on your country, state and inspections procedures. Please take the forms to customs for clearance once the fees are paid the scooter is released for pick up. Be prepared to pick up the scooter with a truck and have a friend help. We can also arrange local door to door transportation if needed for an additional charge. The following are required to be done before they will release your scooter from the warehouse: You will need to fill out the 2 forms for DOT (HS-7) and EPA (3520-1) waivers. These will need to be filled out with, year, make model, etc. engine#, chassis #, etc. and all other boxes you can fill out. You can downlaod both of these forms in the Tedchnical Specifications section of this web site. They are in PDF format. Then just check off the one applicable box that waives the DOT (box 1 – vehicle over 25 yrs old) and EPA (code E box – vehicle over 21 yrs old) At Customs, you will need to get and fill out Form 7501 – Dept of Treasury, US Customs Service Entry Summary. They should help you if you have any questions on what to fill in. In the body of the form write in, the “Item” or what they call HTA #, is 8711.20.0060. Also ref. CR 141. These are customs codes that signify the item. (a motor scooter or bike with engine larger than 90 cc and smaller than 190 cc, also that it is an antique) This code and CR 141 tells them and registers it as being “DUTY FREE”. Customs will stamp the Form 7501 and the form you got from the warehouse for release. Please make sure you get the copies and they give you everything you need to get “customs clearance” release from warehouse and for your records to register if needed.
