Buyer purchases scooter “as is,” with no warranties, express or implied, accept as indicated in the Buyer limited warrantee.

Seller recommends that prior to use, buyer bring the scooter to a manufacturer approved repair facility to insure that there has been no material damage to the scooter in shipping, and to recommend a maintenance program. Seller strongly recommends that the purchaser follow the rules of the road. Seller also cautions buyer to use reasonable prudence in operating the vehicle. Riding the motor scooter during or immediately following rainfall may be hazardous to person and property. Buyer should never ride when detrimentally fatigued, or impaired by alcoholic beverages or drugs. Seller recommends that purchaser check his or her local and state rules regarding freeway eligibility.
